Second Life Fashion from ReadMeri | The Apple Pickers Break

Apple Pickers Break

I love spending a bit of time on a photograph for the blog. I like to find or make an interesting background and create something which looks like it might have a story behind it. It’s at least half the fun of blogging for me. However, when I’m contemplating shopping for fashion, I like to have a very clear idea of what the clothes look like and how they might look on me too. So, from today, for the foreseeable future, I’m introducing a new section in my blog posts. It’s called (romantically) ‘Well lit. No shit.’ You can see the results below, it should be fairly self-explanatory.

Each shot will not be linked back to Flickr, it’s just a media file which you can click on to see in full-size detail, with bright lighting and no bendy poses. How’s that? I’d love to know your thoughts.

What to wear in Second Life today?

Visit | Warm Springs
Hair | Olive the Vana Hair (Uber)
Dress | [Cynful] Lotta Sass Dress [3Bell/Mait/Slink/5ss] (The Dressing Room Fusion)
Boots | Pure Poison Nikko Sneakers (Uber)
Jewellery | Maxi Gossamer Dream Orb Necklace (Maxi Gossamer Mainstore)

So, I’m happy to say that I’m back blogging for Cynful. I used to some time ago but then I really wanted to concentrate on blogging fashion for mesh bodies (especially Maitreya Lara, my current favourite) and so I quit. I asked them recently if I could come back because they are making some great gear, fitted for the mesh bodies, and I wanted to help show them off to you guys. Their cheeky, sexy styling is shown clearly in this Lotta Sass dress which is currently available in 3 different colourways at The Dressing Room Fusion. So what are you waiting for?

Have a great day, blog reader, and let me know what you think about the ‘Well lit. No shit.’!

  1. “Well Lit, No Shit” is a great idea. That will be so helpful. You clever lady! I am still sort of new to my mesh bod (slink) and the challenges of dressing myself in sl so this will be a wonderful tool.

      1. I got the Hourglass demo too. I can only describe it using alliteration: Whoop Bada BOOM! I loved it, I am going to buy the body soon as I can. I loved the silhouette, It won’t work with everything but I can switch out with the Physique when I need to.

What do you think?
