Second Life Fashion from ReadMeri | Post-Apocalypse

apocalypsefashion

I’ve been reading some books lately by a guy called Dan Wells. They’re pretty good. I started with ‘I am not a Serial Killer’ which was unusual and enjoyable and then decided to take a break from that character while I read his ‘Partials‘ trilogy. To say the books are post-apocalyptic won’t spoil the plotline for you if you decide to read them, and neither will the thing he thought of which amused me a great deal.

The small amount of humans left after the apocalypse don’t have electricity, mains water supply or an infrastructure on which to rely, they do – however – all live in mansions and are very well dressed simply because there were tons of big empty houses and lots and lots and lots of clothes to go around. It inspired me to take my blog picture today.

Even the apocalypse is no reason to be badly turned out 😀

About:

Two lovely new releases this post. The first from RealEvil – the Aletta Watch Necklace is available right now til 25th Feb at The Cosmopolitan Event. It’s fully modifiable via HUD so you can choose metal colours, face colour options, even set the tone of the hands on the clock. Of course, you can set the time too – never let it be said things cannot be functional and fashionable too.

ChicModa’s new Christina Top is a Maitreya Exclusive item available at their mainstore. I loved the fit, the ability to change even quite small details – bra on or off (nippley with it off), skirt frill on or off etc. and to choose colours for each part too meaning that this top can go with literally any outfit you can think of.

Here’s some more pics including a well lit, no shit shot…

Finally, let’s have a dance around. It always looks cooler in a hat, so put yours on and we can get down together 😀
